Neither of them are from the Arkham games; they were both created as Batman Beyond villains in the early 2000s

To my knowledge, every character from the Arkham games existed before in the comics or cartoons. Who didn’t?

Deepest sinkhole *so far.* One of my deepest fears is that I’ll be standing right on top of the next one
