GenAI is a scourge and I feel like it will be even worse on our society than social media has been.

If it is like that, shouldn’t there be some way out of those contracts? Or do they even really care, because they get the money anyway?
People use it because they want to keep their jobs. The trick comes when the bills start coming due, and the use of AI is costing more than if people wrote code without. That’s where the bubble is.
Are we still doing “both sides”? The parties are not the same! One is openly fascist and the other actually tries to protect human rights. Our two party system sucks, but I don’t want to entertain naysayers until MAGA is cut out completely from the debate.
Democrats also really haven’t had a secure majority in years and years. The last time was like Obama’s first term, and it only last a couple years.

I enjoyed it, but wish the first half of the movie was shorter, and the last 3rd was a lot longer.
It amuses me that one of the game images there is for Beyond Good and Evil 2 which will likely never see the light of day.
You know. It’s kinda of a cute pig drawing. Maybe cop should be happy someone took their time to make a little drawing.
Tinfoil hat time. Doesn’t necessarily need to be an inside job other than making sure processes that could have stopped it, simply didn’t. Maybe didn’t want such a big catastrophe, but definitely played into their agenda.
I find it funny that I recognize this bird from playing Wingspan.

Waste of time to reply to this, but GOP messaging is basically “hate these people, and no to everything”. Dems don’t all have the same views and policies are more nuanced. That makes messaging a lot more difficult than just a blanket no.
Disagree. There’s a difference between submitting images as a public post, and submitting images to another party to be put in a database. Plus, not all accounts are there sharing selfies and that is a personal decision.
I don’t approve of this purely for how they are doing age verification. I disagree with other parts too, but this “give photo ID to a 3rd party” is not good and a privacy concern.
I mean. I get the morals behind it. Had something similar happen to me, and felt it was the right thing to do. (No religion involved) But when I tried to return it, they gave me a run around. I wouldn’t say it’s morally right to keep it, but this is literally just a rounding error for these companies.
Body would keep making more over time. Compare it human body functions like saliva.
I rather liked the brick look before they added the paneling.
Essentially. Yea. But it’s also using AI to create the code and making changes based on the “vibes”. Usually they don’t understand the code, don’t document, and can’t debug.
I believe just a bunch of salt works to kill the yeast.
Number is hard to tell with the angle. I think the suspicious part is there seems to be a cut partway through, and the background noise and whistles aren’t matching up the scene. Plus, it’s weird the video itself is only a few seconds and doesn’t really show any herding.
Recently I’ve seen them just use a blank copper coin instead.
I saw this video yesterday but now it’s flipped.
Some of these things definitely exist in America…
