That wasn't the point tho. It's available only to your real IP. If you hide your IP with a VPN, they can't tell it's you, and so deny access

Except, that service is sold thru Charter, an ISP. They'll just block every IP but your own. ISP-provided streaming services can do that.

Gas tanks are vented so they don't build up pressure and explode in a BLEVE, so this is uncommon. More has to go wrong than just a fire.
