I'm saying its an increased risk. We have similar here in Dublin and junctions like this have traffic lights for when a tram is approaching.
Dublin has a tram, but I dont think there's any junctions like this. People still manage to crash into it though...
A left turn going over the track with a tram heading the same direction is bad design. Driver is at fault of c but it's asking for trouble.
