Maybe try playing some local gigs and build up the following a bit more slowly. Also gives you a chance to refine the sound a bit.
A few suggestions: 1) Fire whoever is making the music videos. 2) Don't upload ASMR on the channel. 3) Accept that success isn't guaranteed.
