So it seems like you are right, and I have been house ruling it for years, and thought I wasn't.
Checked pathfinder. While it's not explicit like that, there are no rules about nat 1 & 20s in skills, and they are spelled out in combat.
I have to believe that I read that at some point and decided to house rule it and forgot about it. But wow, I do feel dumb at the moment.
That's a boring house rule. A success is a success, even if it doesn't make sense. I use Nat 20s as chances to tell ridiculous stories.
I recently re-installed this to listen to audiobooks.
Watch through the show now. Forgot how much I loved it.
#1 I let my players cheese the crap out of stats. Everyone rolls once, and the whole group keeps the best block, reroll anything under 10.

I have worked for convergys (now concentrix) twice. Both times only during training for a new assignment. Both times I have gotten 1/
Question: Does this work on other dinosaurs as well? Asking for some friends near Costa Rica.
It actually works on ALL white platforms. Not sure that it does anything on any other platform, though.

Lighting a cigarette near an open gas tank is stupid. Smoking just makes people nervous, it's not dangerous.
Yeah, not combustible enough to be ignited from a cigarette. As a matter of fact, gasoline is a fine way to extinguish a lit cigarette.
