"Artificial demand" is an odd term. Demand is demand. I think paying $5,000 for an NFT is just as silly as paying $5,000 for a purse.

Also no sensible graph flips the Y axis where 0 is at the top. It is completely illogical and makes the graph harder to read.

Yup, inflation is a necessary part of economic growth. It's only problematic when wages don't increase alongside it.
I was at a San Francisco Giant's game a few months ago, the beers were $16 each lol
Was all over SF last weekend, no poop in sight. I visit the city a few times a year and always have a great time.
To say his death was not a result of the capitol riots is downright stupidity. Oh, he had an unrelated stroke the exact same day! Weird!
