My second comment was a bit too slow it seams :D I checked a linguistic lexicon if it was, just to be sure. You never know with german.
Even checked the Duden (linguistic lexicon for the german language) if it was a older german word that I never heard of. 2

"ohne" is the german word for "without". "outen" is an anglicism for "coming out"/"outing"
