I have the same problem in HotS. Started out on teams with brother and friends who had played since launch.
Somebody did it for me once. It wasn't the greatest system but it was incredibly nice of himself and I was very happy
We usually run a liquor cost of 25% in restaurants. Clubs I'm sure it is lower. You have to sell a ton of cheap drinks to make money
