To my understanding ( I can be wrong) zucchini is suppose to be fresh and raw.. I think it help bind ( not positive on that plus 1/2

I had a Dominican Republic friend teach me.. kinda like a Mole(sp?) Sauce.. plus old ppl like coffee.. and it keeps them up at night LOL

Ohhh ok heh.. roughly 3 #s onions and celery + 12 #s tuna + black pepper a lot + mayo drown it.. I usually add Tabasco but we out today. Tia
