I was told that I was a naughty child and that's concentrated evil coming out the back of me.
The feast awaits spread upon the table ready to eat. Though it lies behind a door that is locked and ought not be. The key held by those who should not have it. The door guarded by those fed scraps for their compliance. The rest wait outside for their turn to pick through the garbage to make it through another day.
Thank god we have sports balls to keep us distracted from all the people dying who could have otherwise been helped with all that money.

In areas with abundant and usable water supply, it's not a big issue. In more arid regions or areas in drought, where supply is limited, it is a big issue. Water takes time to cycle. Its not like the cow pees and the next day that water is available for making cheese. The greater number of people and the more they use the greater the depletion of the available water. When usage is greater than replenishment you end up with problems. Infrastructure to move water to scares areas would help a lot.
The second kind does not exist. $800 is cheap for the work up that they got as it is. Healthcare is expensive no matter the species it is practiced on.
