Totally mate. Its all our fault. Everything.
Just found out that the UK burns like half of its waste. Resulting in the same amount of carbon release as when we used to power our whole country by coal. Recycling has plateaued too. I genuinely don't care anymore. And i think that's how they like us. Pissed off but too exhausted to do anything.

In europe we mix flour and butter to make what is known as arue. This tends to thicken up nicely and can be used for soups, stews and gravies
