My PvE strategy has always been being ten levels higher and only attack moves. Competition and these new raids have encouraged IV/EV training and alternative movements, it's pretty cool to see. The game needs to have harder difficulties for us that have been here forever. If only there was a way to incorporate some kind of "difficulty" setting.
