I think considering the consequences is an important part of such power, but I definitely agree with the sentiment wholeheartedly. AFAIK you can also determine HOW they die - if that includes actions leading up to their death that is really where the power could be (ex; confessing/realizing how terrible the things you've done really are, then having a heart attack/stroke in a live press briefing)

TNR is more humane and actually keeps the number of feral cats lower than trap and kill.
