Can someone explain what's happening there? Like what kind of hole is he falling into ,and why is it there?
You also see him shift his weight in preparation for the throw
He tucks his neck, and throws out his arm to soften impact in a way that he won't be hurt from the fall. It's something you get taught
Some people would call it a dojo, my family has taught a bunch of arts for 20 years. American Tang Soo Do, Brazilian JiuJitsu, and Krav Maga
Definitely staged, I work in a martial arts facility and the guy falling knows exactly what he's doing
