It varies wildly by where you want to live. In my area that looks like a $1M - $1.5M home, but in other areas I'd bet more like $300k - $600k. Good luck!

Thinking trans people should not be in women's sports is a reasonable opinion, held by about 2/3 of Americans and half of Democrats, whether you agree with it or not, and importantly does not make someone anti-trans. Combating homelessness is extraordinarily difficult for any governor in any state, but California is dedicating serious effort and money towards it with something to show for it, so saying he doesn't help the homeless is disingenuous or misinformed.
It's easy to win an argument with strawmen claims. You just lie about newsom and congratulate yourself. He was never on any show or podcast with Nick Fuentes. And regarding his conversations with other conservatives, it's a good thing to talk to those you disagree with. Regarding homelessness, he's invested 10s of billions with initiatives like project homekey, CARE court, and prop 1, and reduced homelessness by like 10%, which is not easy
