Input delay is the time between when something happens when our brains to sense it. You don't ear a sound EXACTLY when it happens.

Ex. Drinking water, taking the stairs. I also started with SUPER easy "dailies", though, cause those always got me.
I counteracted this by putting in several "easy" habits that I sort of already do but would like to do more often.
Not true for all humans. Some cultures display prominent LI after infancy because they don't culturally drink milk.
