I took the last part of their message to mean about 1% of orders included eggs
Now im not saying you're wrong and i feel the need to apologize cuz im socially awkward but your math was funny cuz it says: 1% of 3600 = 36 times you've bought eggs so if 8 or 9 have had broken eggs then roughly 25% of the times you buy eggs they're broken
