I said something about at least 500 years ago, it's an arbitrary date, sure, but after the 1500s the church started losing power and fewer people had to rely on church funding to do science. How many agents can you name from at least 500 years ago that had the funding and free time to do scientific research while also not being religious or at least heavily affiliated with a religious institution? You might as well have claimed that because so many scientific discoveries have been made by a man means being a man must be a fundamental boon to do science. You're also glossing over the fact that many of those discoveries got their discoverers in trouble with the religious institutions.

If he fell on his head or neck he'd be lucky to just lose consciousness.
Why in the world does the sound system cable need to make a lengthy detour under the main walkway, then come back almost the same distance to actually connect to the speakers when a direct line would be one third of that length?
If the bird is slow and there's room on the other lane then why not?
