Officer approached and asked him to stop eating on the platform, but the rider refused. So the officer said he was going to be ticketed for eating since he refused to stop and the rider argued that the cop had no right to ticket him for breaking the law. Officer then very gently detained him so he could write a ticket and the rider argued that the officer had no authority to do so, then tried to walk away. Officer then called for backup and the rider was cuffed and held until he could be cited
