I did and had it inspected prior to purchase. The major issues were covered up/ weren't visible at time of inspection which was 5 years ago now

I was concerned if I brought up any issues with the home (covered or not) they'd increase my rates because they then know that there's an issue and therefore potentially other issues

Couldn't pour concrete due to location and brick retaining walls are weak like your personality skills.

The 4 tons of hand placed gravel base and backfill as well as the perf drainage pipe were to keep the moisture away. Couldn't use concrete due to location and cinder blocks make for weak retaining walls. Hopefully my warranty claim on the timber goes through.
