This was made deliberately though. Commercially sillhouette panes are stenciled out first, affixed to the window and sprayed. Even though there's stock images there isn't one of an exhausted couple or a waiter holding up a chicken like that, the chicken was a separate stencil. Then adding PASTA to the top, this is "too wrong" Believable years ago.
A big problem of many with incels, is the assumption that the woman is the hook to life and representative of their status when most people in the world don't rely on or use women that way. Since the poindexter posted in July I'll state now, lots of people don't sleep with or have sex with women, while appear to or identifying as men and they are not incels, nor celibate. I agree to an extent, those things are going on and are currently being effectively oppressed too. People ARE staying at work miserable, or are fighting against it and getting fired seconds into advocacy. Larger scale shit needs to and will happen concerning the proletariat and what happens. History shows we repeat the bad shit only, that means we don't learn from history either. As we're about to see. I know work sucks and is oppressive and we can do better but also famine on the way.
I've done this, told my boss to fuck off and got him prebanned from a bar we kept running into him at. He was a dick there too and we told them where he works and his name etc. Bosses need to be held liable beyond their work for being shit. People won't do this, oh well.

Honestly just run into your boss after hours and call em a goof. Bosses forget the people they pissed off exist after hours and off property just like they do. In this world what is a job worth anyway? youre just as poor working or not at least here.
Most of us are leaving for places like Texas lol, it's average 33% more pay, better medical care, it's mental health and social services access is on par with canadas, which is complete fucking shit, investors want to invest in Texas, won't drop a log in the Canadian toilet, and there really is nothing to invest in here. You're right, they should do that, most of the time however they will end up having to leave, the workplace aint' about being good or conducive to good.
Also for a life that is miserable no matter what. If minimum wage earners can't afford something that only goes upward. We're reaching a "why bother, its' a scam" when it comes to employment, and it really is.
