I'd disagree tbh, whenever you read the comments section the Chinese people are frequently shit on or blamed for their governments actions.
Really? I'm no fan of the Chinese Government but the general mood on Imgur is overwhelmingly anti-Chinese.
I think they changed the law on that recently. Bystanders Law or something it's called.
