Yep. Obviously it’s important to get all of your nutrients & not to starve yourself, but all I’ve done is get more active & CICO. 130 lbs!

CICO is the way to go! That’s all I used. IMO, all that specific diets do is create caloric deficits in gimmicky ways. Congrats!
