This is stuff he'd figure out in the first week, and in cap3 he'd been doing it long enough to make a name and be on youtube, at least.
Add onto that the symbology of the under-the-civvies setup, that he molts into spider-man. Even longjohns & balaclava would be better...
Taking this long to change could easily make him too late. And it does, in the movie he's too late to see whose bike he just unstole...
Like it goes back to the founding principle of the character, power & responsibility. If he's in civvies and hears a cry for help...
Guy should honestly be changing on roofs. Not as much traffic up there, easier to hide your stuff so it doesnt get stolen.
You could definitely still cut it, hawkeye does just that when cap's got his hands webbed together.
It's ok but the action's kinda shit. Cuts around too much & you can't really tell what's going on.
That doesn't mean stripping down entirely and then jumping feetfirst inro a baggy onesy is in any way a good suitup
