Fluoride is a trace mineral. The gov has been dialing down the amount put in water for a reason. All I’m saying is not to put it in water.
I haven’t used fluoride for years and I no longer have sensitive teeth. I use Ayurvedic toothpaste. Maybe you should do your own research.
I haven’t used fluoride for years and my teeth feel better than when I did use it.
