I've been getting faster, but the insects took two weeks of 4-6 hour sessions. Now maybe a week of the same. Painting full time Ive improved
I'm toying with starting a YouTube to teach some techniques...
Always start light to dark, and build thin layers of color . Don't go too heavy too fast. Try masking fluid to keep the white of the paper
