Fuck

Well your Swiss watch isn’t at risk of exploding because it was made with extremely poor materials, using improper manufacturing techniques

*grabs dog treats and cocks .40 short and wimpy* No...

Yup, it’s a shame what happened to it but soon it shall be back to its former glory.

If you check my post history, I made a post detailing all the changes that were made to it and it was molested pretty badly.

People sporterize military rifles (like what happened to the top one) and it ruins their historical and monetary value.

I agree, I got it for $200 with a bunch of ammo and I’ll have to put about $300 into it, so I’m over paying a little but it’s not so bad.

You laugh but the Ishapore 2A1 is legally an “assault rifle” in California because it holds 12 shots.

Yeah, I also feel that the action of the PPK-42 couldn’t stand up to very much powder fouling before it would jam constantly.

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Not necessarily, not much is known about it as only one exists and it is in a museum in Eastern Europe. See my other comment for more info.

(2/2) With it being so precise and also the level of woodworking required, made it much more expensive than the PPS-43 and thus was defeated

(1/2) It competed with the PPS-43 to be a cheaper replacement for the PPSh-41 but that screw is what delays the blowback and it must be very

Lol, I do. I also enjoy iraqveterean8888 and forgotten weapons.

Yeah, I’d love to have one in a more affordable caliber like .308 because I love to shoot it but my LGS charges me $1.40 a round.

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Nice, they’re great rifles and personally I think they were ahead of their time. It’s a shame that the .300 round is dying in popularity.

Thanks, I feel like it’s been forgotten due to its invention being on the horizon of the age of lever rifles and the dawn of bolt actions.

Can do, we have so far. It still shoots just as straight as the day she bought it.

It does

With the prices for .300 Savage ammo that might be my only option lol.

Well it’s a matter of perspective. This was most likely done shortly after WW2 when these were a dime a dozen and had no historical value

But I also know where to get the rear sight bed.

Liberty tree collectors has almost every part I need including the stock sets, barrel bands and sights. I just have to get a rear sight bed

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Not that I can tell the barrel itself seems unchanged and in pretty good condition. Other than that I believe the front sight is original.

No, they use proprietary AK style nose in, rock back type mags.

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Yeah, I make sure o only put 7.62x51 NATO cartridges through it because .308 is slightly more powerful and I’d like to keep it around.

Thanks, she’s pretty great.

Dead meme

2/3 Would double feed causing it to jam. The reason why all semiautomatic firearms have slides or receivers that travel backwards is so.
