I mean, have you talked to the general public recently? I don't have many doubts many of them would pay 8 bucks a month to be in the club.

This was actually one of my main thoughts, the days before mega corporations took everything over and made everywhere look the same.
I'm not disagreeing at all. Just saying on a high level why shit is so fucked.
I didn't defend them at all, i just said why it happened, and included the fact that most judges are conservative
Not to defend them, but it's the judges/sentencing guidelines that decide how long someone goes to jail. Though any judges are conservative
It pays to be rich and well connected, they get the best healthcare there is to offer.
I adopted from Nashville Humane Association just a month ago, they really are amazing!

It's perfectly legal, but can only be done voluntarily. Generally companies ask hourly miss managers to agree to it.
I hate to say it, but this actually is a bit of an issue in Cali. Their mandatory minimums are a joke.
