I made a pepper egg like that once. I didn't see I opened the big dump side of the container, not the shakey side.
In the back, out the top/back, pull in the slack, and then tighten. To loosen, unlock the handle and put it straight up.
I had that exact cap gun! It came in a set with 2, and a white holster for each. My sister was jealous and broke one the first day I had it.
Aye, I've never caught one. Played a good bit of archery tag too.
Total guns yes, but guns to gun owners much higher. About 1 mil registered owners, 33 mil guns. But yes, culture very different.
Actually, Canada's gun ownership is quite large. It's just gun owners up here are very good at being responsible.
