I disagree. Sad part is they are scared of their child inconveniencing their life(style). The fear is for themselves, not their children.
Upvotes show, yes, there enough people who enjoy this. If you dont, provide alternatives and if enough ppl like it, the content will change.

There are very few videogames that have made me think of a protagonist as a man, rather than a caricature or exxageration of male traits.
