Switched recipes should be pretty similar but this is mine. 8 cups water1/2 cup molasses1/4 cup cider vinegar1 tablespoon powdered ginger or 2 tablespoons grated gingerZest and juice from 1/2 to 1 lemon. I put it in an old growler jug with a stopper and it keeps in the fridge for a long time. I just strain it through a small wire strainer when I have a glass. I only started adding the lemon this season as a trial and it really added a nice flavor.
It's very lightly sweetened really.
