Started with using 10 year old, expired textbooks with dead theories, now teachers too? We really need to fund education systems.
Every time I've been an at airport in Germany, all for layovers to other European destinations, MULTIPLE Cafe or shop employees would speak in German (sometimes another language) to the person ahead of me in line but try to speak French when I walk up.I speak four languages. French isn't one of them.Also happens in any touristy focused areas in Europe like major city plazas or markets. I get French tourists singling ME out in a crowd and asking me questions. Guess I look like a Francophone

As a Richmonder, I can't recommend RVA enough! Just big enough to have all the things you want, small enough that everyone knows almost everyone else.

I thought Weir hit his peak with the Martian but I bought Project Hail Mary the day it came out and IT'S SOMEHOW BETTER!
Meanwhile you could at least hold your breath for a bit, but an engine needs to "breathe" hundreds of times more often than you just idling.
