Cleaning the sides and stains is what I would worry about :/ rest of it is easy
I work on commercial pools. How the fuck did that pool not get stained?! How long was the pool sitting like that?
I would still check, I have a decent sized collection with some stamps that are in meh condition but still worth a decent amount.

Thank you! Unless he is spraying near directly on them they should be fine. add that layer of cloth and I'd say is perfectly safe
Agreed 100% looks like hes checking his steps and doing sit downs with his hands that low on the pole, bad idea with a bungee during a race.
to win state and i played for a few years on college teams. don't know much about other positions only goalie and Defense set ups.Good luck!

you need to be VOCAL! on def you are the god damn commander, what you say goes, know how to set up defense call out drives be loud
you need to be the best passer on the team able to throw right in front of a player sprinting across the pool (anywhere)
We used to do this as a whole team and it works wonders. After that its just more treading and more practice. Hmmm other things i guess
you tread water while having it out of the water arms bent for 30 seconds, then 15 with it as high as you can then 15 rest, 5 sets
its a good 100 warm up, brick drills are good get a rubber brick or weight 10-15lbs whatever you can handle
possible, do this by treading water back and forth in the pool, tread looking farward-back then looking left both ways and right both ways
Basically your workout is Leg day every day, you need to be able to tread water without hands while as high as possible for as long as
its a hard thing to do in all seriousness but blocking with your face is kinda a thing, accept it now. and lastly legs.... its not fun

I saw I guy get knocked out once in a match, huge guy went for a shot and some kid jumped in the way
