My son used to do this because of his ADHD, he just couldn't resist so I would also have to hold on to him at certain points of birthday parties. Don't judge people too harshly, special needs kids need this interaction to learn, they don't do it to be mean.

When I rented we had clause in our tenency that we weren't allowed to put any holes in the wall. They made an exception for our TV, but the whole house has picture rails so I learned how to hang art the old fashioned way with wire and tension hooks!
I saw someone comment that the sound is actually illegal in Europe and UK so it makes sense I have never heard it, it's disabled by the manufacturer it seems.
My car makes no beep when locking. If you press lock and it's already locked the hazard lights flash 3 times. I thought only movie cars went "beep beep" on locking!
I pay £38 a month for private health cover for my family (2 adults, 1 child) as a back up if NHS queues are too long, gives us up to 5k in treatment every year, or if I don't like what my Dr says I can get a second opinion. But I am privileged to be able to afford the extra cost. America's healthcare model is terrifying
