There has not been ANY ruling about guns in classrooms
They have already ruled (and didn’t recently rule) that you cannot force speech of any kind into students (religious or even the pledge)
They said the government CAN’T control free speech in EITHER case
They also said that the federal governmental agencies couldn’t regulate emissions on a whim because Congress didn’t give them that authority

Almost no one does private loans anymore. Fed loans are pretty much all that is out there…98%+ of student debt
People could simply have claimed more deductions on their income taxes and received the same $$$
