I dropped out of college because I was bored and my major wasn't what I wanted to go for. Economics isnt hard, sorry to tell you.
This also isnt an economics argument. It's a labor issue based on microeconomics within a state by state basis within the U.S. Get fucked.

Just saying as a bartender just opening back I made 600 on a 12 hour shift two nights ago. That's 50/hr. Where else can I make that with /1

Trying to enforce it is worse. Most of my customers dont even think it's a real thing. No one wearing masks or even TRYING to distance.

We also did a full bar overhaul during quarantine. It's been a shitshow. The welcome back tips have been nice but won't last. Good luck bud.

Bars are in no way essential, as a bartender. I enjoy the atmosphere but now is not the time.
