I just ran with about 40,000 other people on Sunday. It was delayed 1.5 years, but it finally happened. And was nice to be in a crowd again.

I start on Monday with help from our drug and alcohol hospital. I am looking forward to sobriety. Good job on your 10 years!!
Not just Christians, blowing out candles whilst making a wish, most of us do it on our birthday.

Got his face on the £50 note this week. Its a shame it isn't a note that is widely used, especially in time of "card only". £5 or £10 maybe

No, But if they were to chase, they see the target get away and sniff around for scent. There is no end of game when it's just light.
Dogs have "catch it" ingrained in them. If they can't catch what they see it stresses them out. It is bad for them over a period of time.
