A little baking tip - when making cakes etc- use room temp eggs. So much better :)

Sometimes you need some help. If you have DR doing crunches and planks are the worst thing you can do. You need to safety strengthen 2/2
It is called diastasis recti and is extremely common in pregnancy - nothing to do with fitness levels. It often heals on its own but 1/2
I love tacos! But these look like they are 80% coriander. It’s like pouring soap all over those glorious tacos.
