What an odd take. Crate training is not abusive, nor is having a dog in a crate during work hours. All day? Or if you're crating both at work and at night? Sure, that's not OK. It's a valid way to keep them safe when you're away or a good training tool until they are ready to free roam. Long walk before and after is essential, along with something that activates and makes them use their brain.
Even if this particular note is fake (I have no idea), kids are scared for themselves and their families
I had a 3rd grade student confide to a their best friend (a white student) how scared they were their parent would be taken away. The other kid said that is what the parent deserves for being an illegal. These kids are not being taught empathy at home

I thought that stuff they dipped the bread in was tinga sauce. Like that this was an Americanized sandwich version of a chicken tinga taco

Honestly, I could not enjoy it due to altitude sickness. Thought I was immune coming from a high altitude state - CO - and routinely doing 2-3 14ers a year. But that was not the case. it's a lot of elevation, both driving up and the hike. Drink lots of water and take your time.
I just feel like it would destroy your neck. Like, you're going to be holding your neck at an odd angle for days
Learning number sense and being able to manipulate numbers are really what 1st/2nd grade students are doing. Teaching kids conceptual understanding of math is extremely important
