I used to find torn up parts of "$100 dollar bills outside" my neighbors house and then years later he got arrested, it took me an embarrassingly long amount of time to put things together

I had a dream like this once, it was amazing
I spent all day yesterday trying to find a lost dogs owner, I live next to a dog park and thankfully this wasn't one of those cases of people just dumping there dogs there and has a happy ending but more often than not I just find dogs that people have dumped at the dog park

what type of dog are they? I've been trying to figure out what my puppy might be mixed with they share a lot of traits as the gal in the vid
