One of the few games I bought the Prima guide for. I adored this game and the multiplayer wasn't too bad. Good times with the N64!
This honestly sucks to hear. I can't support Zach anymore, no matter how much joy Chuck brought to me. I've tried to bare with him understanding he'd gone through sever mental health issues, but Covid conspiracies, AI rants, preaching religion as the only answer and now this? Bye bye

What exactly is a supplemental ballot? A provisional, absentee, mail-in? Also, by design they don't allow Mail-in ballots to be counted prior to a vote which makes compliance that much harder. Can count "when the polls open on Election Day. In a jurisdiction w/ > 100k people, counting can begin at the end of the early in-person voting period."
