Faking things for internet points is an unfortunately real thing tho. But in this case, it just looks like the childproof lock doesn't actually work.
Is it cropped?
To add to everything that has already been said, I tend to look for things that are supposed to be symmetrical or have a shape that has to be correct on the whole length of the object. You can find these on the background where things that make no sense are present, or weirdly shaped outfit decorations. Many of the above pictures have too much hair in places where there should be none. And several have places where the transition between hair and armour/clothes is too smooth to be normal.
While the actual thing is cool, this is an advertisement, please don't be fooled guys. At least this one didn't went the "i quit my job and after 3 years into this I release that" way.
