I understand but the spirit of the law is to apply to any person naturalized by growing their whole life in this country not just slaves
Then that's when "rights" should start as well is the point.
It would be just like citizens who deliver in another country.
It would need to be investigated at least by a coroner to determine if it was homicide or natural causes.
how about the country of conception, or the country the pregnancy is first reported, or the country it's citizenship is first established
just like you can't currently give "rights" to an unborn baby...that's the point.
We don't give right to life to anyone, only the people we govern was my point.
Being born here does, why not conceived? Shouldn't a fetus be a citizen before being granted a "right to life"?
That's the point. If a fetus get's a "right to life"; it should at least be considered a citizen.
