It's not designed to be removed. If you remove the screw and tap the plastic face down a bit, you can mud right over it.

I'm so glad you were able to capture the mist. I hiked that trail during similar weather and was too distracted to take pictures. Beautiful!

One of my favorite planes was a $30 Air Hogs that steered the same way and I've flown all sorts of RC planes. Simple can be fun too.
OP must be a lowlander to make a note of 6000ft of elevation. In rocky mountain country most major cities are around 5000ft.
