Who can I piss off today?
#1 brother drove these in the mines. One night he crashed that thing into a road grader. He was overworked, one mircosleep later, bang.
That's even worse. So basically they constrain participants to click at certain spots, which may not even be representative of what a participant would be subconsciously look at. This experiment smells like bullshit.
You can downland the PDF version of the report. In there, you can see better resolution images. Most of the hotspots for the female participants correspond to featureless regions. There is really nothing obvious in those parts that would catch your eye. Even if did, it would not be exact same spot for every participant. The female participants seemed to have clicked on the exact same spots. Like pixel perfect.

Yeah I don’t know. The heat maps of the female participants look suss. Why is it that the red blotches are perfectly superimposed at the regions of interest? It’s as if all female participants fixated at the exact same pixel perfect spots, which is impossible. Those locations should have some variance in plot positions.

Writing letters was a very common way to communicate a whole host of things. Including very personal things. That was the norm and even expected.
