Im on a 2 months run right now, barely week 2.

I had the same! Since Friday. Today I don’t feel much pain anymore just mild.
Extra strength Tylenol, Advil doesn’t do much specially if it’s infected like mine.
I’m right there with you brother! The past 4 days nothing extra strength Tylenol for me. And I had a root canal done! I have to go back.

Running sucks! but when I found out it helped me relax and not over think about things I began to enjoy it. Now I crave running.
Start slow tho, just a brisk 1-5 min jog (not a run) is all you need, walk break then repeat.Preferable in a park with clean air and trees.
think of it with a scientific approach, is it something your body needs to feel better? Your body is like an expensive car, right fuel?
I started running because I liked how gasping for air and trying to breathe and stay alive helps me forget about everything lol.
