I sleep fairly normally now. First 3 years after it happened I had terrible insomnia but time and art therapy helped me a lot.
This time of year is a bit rough but I've worked through the worst of it. Hang in there, it gets better. Message me if you need to vent
You would have fit in perfectly in the army. I can't count the number of times I busy-swept the motorpool
