Abignale himself made up the whole mythos of the numerous cons he supposedly pulled off, which the movie then portrayed "accurately" in the sense that it more or less matched his claims. So it's not like other biopics. Using him to promote the pen is trading on his supposed experience in check fraud and such, but he made up all the stuff about that experience.

FWIW if you buy the MP3 (or FLAC, etc.) version it is not too difficult to mix it to mono, which will remove this issue. There are various websites that claim to do this for free, none of which I can vouch for. Audacity, a great free program for audio editing that I *can* vouch for, has a feature to do it ("Mix stereo down to mono").

This comic series features 3 main characters, all women with one hyper-sexualized feature each (boobs, butt, lips). Most of the content is bland "the punchline is sex" junk. This is maybe the best comic from this author I've ever seen, despite using a very tired premise and not really being funny, because it actually treats the characters as something like a person.

Rick Steves has a couple books for Italy travel; pick the 1 or 2 that best fit the cities you're going to.

This is the final puzzle of the show; RSTLNE are always provided "for free", then the contestant (just one, whoever won the "main" part of the episode) picks a few more letters, then they just keep trying to guess the phrase. No more letter reveals, no spinning the wheel. But anyway you're right that the S means it can't be seance.

Interesting to contemplate that a semi-famous man commits suicide, his famous wife gets most of the focus, and this post identifies her (and/or women in general) as the victim of the situation without even naming him. There are often multiple ways to look at a given situation.

I guess I don't doubt that such posts exist, but she's trending because nearly every post/article identifies him as "Aubrey Plaza's husband Jeff Baena", with some not even naming him, and she had a higher baseline number of mentions because she's more famous.

The numbers all strike me as ass-pulls, especially as there have been major reductions in global poverty in recent years due to UN-led efforts

Just an aside, one of these rides killed someone 2 years ago due to a failure of safety protocols.

Consider how funny it would be to hear your doctor say "oh shit" just as you go under for surgery, as you evaluate this "prank". Like, specifically imagine yourself as the one on the table that has entrusted your life to someone you barely know, and not as an anonymous observer.
