Much more satisfying!🤣

We will take that as a compliment! 😅Not ours this time, but this is exactly the kind of hillside movement we respond to. We handle emergency work for landslides, mudslides, and slope failures like this.

What an insane mudslide! This is what happens when drainage gets blocked and water saturates the soil. Once it loses stability, it all starts moving at once.

We're here! 👀🚨Appreciate you making sure we didn’t miss it.

Someone paged us! 👀🚨Appreciate the tag! Wow this is insane. Looks like a mudslide, but this is what happens when drainage gets blocked. Water builds up, saturates the soil, and it all gives way at once.

We appreciate that! Thank YOU!

I can't even imagine the arguments! 😅

That’s usually the case. The garage entry is convenient day to day, but not always designed for moving large items. In this case this was their main entry way.

😂😂😂

That turn definitely adds a level of difficulty. Not the easiest path for large items. 👀

Thank you! We see some creative layouts out there. Keeps the job interesting.

Appreciate you catching that. There is efflorescence there too, and it’s always great when people start spotting these details on their own.

Good eye, there is efflorescence there as well. We focused on the entryway , but it’s definitely a sign of moisture coming in.

It’s trying… it just needs to be connected to actually do its job.🤭

I almost should have put this video under the dandruff ASMR videos. 😂

Hillside movement can get pretty aggressive when drainage and soil conditions aren’t controlled. 😮‍💨😂💪

Haha it does have that effect. Once the wall starts racking, everything looks a little off.

Moving anything through there would definitely take some planning! 😂

Different kind of patch… same idea. 😂

4 days ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Exactly. If the original wall failed, a thin surface patch usually won’t hold up for long.

Thank you, hope everything works out!

That is usually a red flag. If something cannot be inspected, there is often a reason!

Could not agree more. A thorough inspection is one of the most important steps when buying.

1 week ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

It really depends. Some homes are properly repaired, but we still see many cases where issues are covered instead of corrected. That is why inspections are critical!

That is very common in Los Angeles. The value is often in the lot, not the existing structure.

Until you realize you are sharing the crawlspace with it! 😅

A little tilt is design. A lot of tilt is a problem! 🤭

We have definitely seen a few of those! 😅
